Recently a flyer was distributed to many homes and contained false allegations regarding the HOA Board.
 
This flyer was not endorsed or written by the HOA Board
but by a small group of dissatisfied individuals.

The Board has responded by providing the following facts at the recent HOA meeting (8/18/10).

to all homeowners (delivered 8/21/10)  
 

The HOA Board of Directors has called a Special Meeting for September 15 in response to a request submitted at the 8/18 HOA meeting by 5 individuals. The official Notice of Special Meeting was mailed to all homeowners by Goodwin Management (8/27/10). The Proxy Form and instructions were included with that notice. View/print the official Proxy Form & Instructions. If you have any questions about the Special Meeting or Proxy Form, please contact the current HOA Board.

Your HOA Board feels it is very important for all homeowners to have CORRECT information regarding this important Special Meeting. The group of individuals who requested the special meeting has continued to distribute inaccurate information, share their opinions, and make false allegations (by going door to door as well as mailing information to homeowners). Their actions have only served to cause confusion, divide the community, and put pressure on homeowners to choose sides. All homeowners deserve to know the FACTS -- not the inaccurate information or opinions shared by a group of disgruntled homeowners who have mounted a focused effort to obtain proxies so they can vote to remove the current HOA Board members.


HOA Special Meeting, Wednesday, 9/15, at 7:00 p.m. Pflugerville Rec Center

HOA Annual Business Meeting & Election - Wednesday, November 3, 2010, 6:30 p.m. Rec Center.  The official election ballot and proxy instructions will be mailed to all homeowners in October.

Homeowners interested in seeking an HOA Director position are asked to complete a Candidate Information Form.

*** Deadline for submission is Sept. 24, 2010, per the instructions listed on the form
